Who are the audience you're trying to reach? If it is Nepali folks living abroad then this type of measurement will work. But if you are really trying to reach foreigners and other people interested in international cooking, you have to use standard measurement such as teaspoon, tablespoon, cups, ounces etc. That is the commomnly spoken cooking language esp. here in America. Just a suggestion!

lamb ra khasi aautai hoina

the viedo hangs too often. try to host in another server.

stop saying "step this, step that", please

Excellent, good work. Nepali Cuisine must come forward internationally and this is where it begins its journey.

I did not know that an item from the menu of some 'resort' at Gokarna is regarded as the authentic Nepalese cuisine .... and this way of cooking using modern utensils is the Nepali way of cooking. Well done on your research, very authentic!

I just prepared the dish as per your recipe. I used normal pepper iso "timur". I had never ever cooked something so yummy. I managed to impress My partner (non-nepali) loved it so much and sent her thanks to you guys. Thanks a lot for the recipe. Please provide us with more recipe on meat. BC/Sydney PS. To me the content is more important than the presentation. I understatnd good a presentation important, but it is the result of experience and willing to develop oneself. Please don't give up.

It is very good show and we needed too but I don't understand why u have to show utensils I think it is waste of time otherwise excellent show. thank you sushma from usa

This site is the most useful site for NRNs. I am canadian of Nepali origin and my wife is Chinese and she visits this site quite often. Now we are enjoying nepali food. Thanks for your innovation in this website. I think this will be a hit. you guysbrought Nepal to my kitchen. thanks a lot.

I really liked this idea of Nepali cooking.. step by step.. thanks I could learn to be a better cook. Wondering if schezuan pepper is nepali spice... what do we call this in Nepali (is it timoor)? thanks

hats off to Mr Ray -abhay ktm

Thumbs-up for Nepali cooking..N..well done guys ...only one thing to say why u guys r not using Nepali kitchen's tools??

really great job by Nepalnews. this URL getting very popular in Shanghai China. I beleive also in other part of china too. Finally we got place to learn nepalese food. Cheers!!!!

the commentator is very irritating.. what step step.. what happens if i put the salt first then the cumin.. ask her to do some more training.. and for this your putting it live to show the whole world... this is very dumb.. let the chef do the talking...even he speaks nepali only make translation below..

everything is okay but, i think the narrator should not say step 1, step 2..... everytime she narrates. she can simply say "then" or "after that". i think this would be more practical.
