I found the way of cooking Jhaneko Saag is completely unprofessional and unhealthy which is not suitable to broadcast like this way. This event should have been done at least using a nonstick pan and wood spoon since the event is being focused to the foreign audience who are interested on Nepal and Nepalese culture and traditions. I have a question to the Mr/Ms presenter that do you thing no such hygienic method of kitchen appliances are not in practice in Nepali Bhansha. ? I felt dishonor ok ! Bhawana

noon badi haley jasto lagyo.... :-)

You are trying to fool us!!!!!!!!!!! In the recipe of SAAG , there is no SAAG at all . U r cooking potato. Bloody hell!!!!!!!!!!!! this sort of carelessness doesn't seem good to be pasted on website like ur's. lakshboy@hotmail.com

hi there, First of all congrulation for the website,we get chance to learn.I very much happy to see our nepalese cuisine food. Thanks for showing step by step, its really easy us to learn.I tried this recipe its so testy. The flavour is totally different.Keep it up!Plz guys i want to request you dont copy from indian but let them copy from us. sunita from london

Oh.. please! for those who like to critisize others.. be appreciative. I am a very good cook on my own way, I like this website and it sounds like pure nepali food receipe. If you think it is not healthy put little oil or don't put a whole lot of spices... you can just make your own receipes according to your taste. And who says it is for foreigners?? we all could learn by watching, adding or mxing your own ingredients.

pls, try to teach how to cook pork or badel ko masu, thank you.
