Recipe Detail
You will need the following ingredients to serve four people:
Spinach - 10 leaves Buck wheat flour - 100 grams Egg - 1 piece Icing sugar or powdered sugar - 2 table spoons Honey - 2 table spoons Roasted sesame seeds - 1 table spoon Lemon juice -1 table spoon Vegetable oil- 500 ml Salt - to taste
You will also need the following utensils:
1 Mixing bowl 1 Frying ladle 1 Sieve net 1 Serving plate 1 Wok or concave frying pan 1 Lemon squeezer
Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1 table spoon each of salt and icing sugar and 2 table spoons of honey
Step 2 Add 100 grams of buck wheat flour and 1 table spoon of roasted sesame seeds
Step 3 Break open an egg and mix well
Step 4 Add 100 ml of water
Step 5 In a wok, heat 500 ml of vegetable oil
Step 6 Coat the spinach leaves with the prepared paste and fry the leaves until brown
Step 7 Using a frying ladle and a sieve net, drain out the oil and put it in a serving plate
Step 8 Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds, add honey as desired and lemon juice to give a tangy taste
