Broiled Chicken Marinated in Nepali Spices

Recipe Detail
You will need the following ingredients to serve four people:
Chicken - 400 grams Chili powder - 1/2 table spoon Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 table spoon Spring garlic - 100 grams Ginger - 20 grams Garlic - 20 grams Roasted mustard oil - 4 table spoons Chili paste - 1 table spoon Coriander - 1 bunch Chili flakes- 1 table spoon Black salt - to taste Salt - to taste
You will also need the following utensils:
1 Mixing bowl 1 Ladle 1 Chopping board 1 Cutting knife 1 Paring knife 1 Broiling net 1 Pestle and mortar
Step 1 Use a broiling net over the flame and cook the meat until it is well done
Step 2 Cut the broiled meat into 5 millimeter pieces
Step 3 Cut the ginger and garlic into thin strips. Using a mortar and pestle, make ginger-garlic paste while leaving aside some chopped ginger and garlic for later use
Step 4 Chop the coriander
Step 5 Put the meat in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 table spoon of chili powder and 2 table spoons of ginger-garlic paste
Step 6 Add 1/2 table spoon of roasted cumin powder and salt to taste
Step 7 Add 100 grams of chopped spring garlic and 1 table spoon each of chopped ginger and chopped garlic
Step 8 Add 4 table spoons of roasted mustard oil and 1 table spoon of chili paste
Step 9 Add black salt according to taste and 1 table spoon of chili flakes
Step 10 Add 2 table spoons of chopped coriander, mix well and allow it to sit for 15 minutes for the spices to enter the meat.
