Chicken Barbeque Nepali style

Recipe Detail

You will need the following ingredients to serve four people

Boneless chicken - 400 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 2 table spoons
Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
Chili powder - 1/2 table spoon
Cumin powder - 1 table spoon
Chili paste - 2 table spoons
Roasted mustard oil - 3 table spoons
Lemon juice - 2 table spoons
Cucumber - 1 piece
Carrots - 1 piece
Salt - to taste
Black salt - to taste

You will also need the following utensils:

4 Iron needles
1 Chopping board
1 Chopping knife
1 Serving plate
1 Mixing bowl
1 Broiling net

Step 1
Cut the chicken into desired pieces

Step 2
Put the meat in a mixing bowl and add 2 table spoons each of chili paste and ginger-garlic paste

Step 3
Add 1 table spoon each of turmeric powder, chili powder and cumin powder

Step 4
Add salt to taste and 3 table spoons of roasted mustard oil

Step 5
Add 2 table spoons of lemon juice and black salt to taste

Step 6
Mix well until the meat is well marinated

Step 7
Truss up the meat on the iron needles

Step 8
Cook the meat on a broiling net in simmering heat until it is well cooked

Step 9
Take off the meat, put it on a serving plate and garnish it with some cut cucumber and carrots
