Chicken Salad Nepali style

Recipe Detail
You will need the following ingredients to serve 4 people:

Chicken - 400 grams
Chili powder - 1/2 table spoon
Dry red chilies - 5 pieces
Fenugreek - 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
Spring garlic - 20 grams
Green chilies - 4 pieces
Ginger - 20 grams
Tomato - 2 pieces
Onion - 100 grams
Garlic - 20 grams
Lemon - 2 pieces
Chili paste - 1 table spoon
Roasted mustard oil - 30 ml
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 table spoon
Roasted sesame powder - 3 table spoons
Salt - to taste
Black salt - to taste

You will also need the following utensils:

1 Chopping board
1 Pair of tongs
1 Chopping knife
1 Paring knife
1 Lemon squeezer
1 Mixing bowl
1 Frying pan
1 Ladle
1 Sauce pan

Step 1
Chop the tomato, garlic, onion and spring garlic into thin slices

Step 2
Heat 1/2 liter of water in a sauce pan

Step 3
Add 1/2 table spoon each of salt and turmeric powder

Step 4
Boil the chicken for 10 minutes and then allow it to cool

Step 5
Cut the chicken into strips

Step 6
Heat 30 ml of roasted mustard oil in a frying pan and fry 1 table spoon of fenugreek and 5 dry red chilies

Step 7
Add 1 table spoon each of chopped garlic and ginger

Step 8
Add 100 grams of chopped onion and stir well

Step 9
Add 1/2 table spoon each of turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and chili powder

Step 10
Add chopped tomato and let it cook for 5 minutes

Step 11
In a mixing bowl put the boiled meat and add the above prepared mixture

Step 12
Add 1 table spoon of green chilies

Step 13
Cut two lemons and use a lemon squeezer to get the juice and add 3 table spoons of lemon juice

Step 14
Add 1 table spoon of chili paste and 3 table spoons of roasted sesame powder

Step 15
Add 1/2 table spoon of black salt and 2 table spoons of chopped spring garlic an mix well

Good job by Nepal news but why are the recipes always so spicy???? I don't remember putting so much peeper,timur and chillies while preparing these recipes at home.This resembles Indian recipes more than usual Nepali homemade food.
