Spicy Chicken Spring Roll

You will need the following ingredients to serve four people:

Boneless chicken - 400 grams
Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
Chili powder - 1/2 table spoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 table spoon
Sichuan pepper - 1/2 table spoon
Vegetable oil - 15 ml
Mushroom - 100 grams
Onion - 50 grams
Garlic - 5 cloves
Coriander - 1 bunch
Red chili paste - 1 table spoon
Honey - 2 table spoons
Buck wheat flour - 200 grams
Refined flour - 200 grams
Egg - 4 pieces
Salt - to taste
Tomato - 4 pieces
Green chilies - 3 pieces

You will also need the following utensils:

1 Frying ladle
1 Chopping board
1 Chopping knife
2 Frying pans
1 Mixing bowl
1 Broiling net
1 Pair of tongs
1 Pestle and mortar

Step 1
Cut the meat into thin strips

Step 2
Heat 15 ml of oil

Step 3
Cut the garlic and onion into small pieces

Step 4
Add 2 table spoons of chopped garlic and 15 grams of chopped onion

Step 5
Add 1/2 table spoon each of turmeric powder and salt and stir fry until it turns golden

Step 6
Add the chicken and sauté for 15 minutes

Step 7
Add 100 grams of mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes over simmering heat

Step 8
Add 1/2 table spoon each of cumin powder, chili powder and Sichuan pepper

Step 9
Add 1 table spoon of chili paste and 2 table spoons of honey and stir well - then sprinkle with coriander

Step 10
In a separate mixing bowl, break open 4 eggs and add salt to taste

Step 11
Add 200 grams each of buck wheat flour and refined flour

Step 12
Mix well and prepare a paste - beat the paste well

Step 13
Add water gradually and make the paste thinner

Step 14
Heat 1 table spoon of oil in the other frying pan

Step 15
Spread the paste over the pan, heat for 2 minutes and flip it over and cook for 1 minute. Similarly prepare 3 such breads

Step 16
Put the prepared chicken on the bread and roll it

Now lets move on to how to prepare a pickle for the Spring Roll.

Step 1
On a broiling net, roast the tomato and green chilies for 3 to 5 minutes

Step 2
In a mortar and pestle add roasted green chilies and salt to taste and mince it well

Step 3
Add 2 table spoons of chopped coriander and 1 table spoon each of garlic and ginger

Step 4
Add 1/2 table spoon of Sichuan pepper and mince it well

Step 5
Add the roasted tomatoes one by one while mincing

Step 6
Add 1 table spoon of chili paste

Step 7
Garnish the rolls with honey and serve with the above prepared pickle
